Dial-by-Name Directory
Hosted VoIP comes with a professional "spell-by-name" directory. Callers are simply prompted to "spell the first three letters of the party's first or last name" and then automatically connected to the requested extension. Don't want to be in the Name Directory? No problem. The administrator can easily exclude specific extensions.

Visual Conference Bridges
Add conference bridges to your service, and save money on expensive conferencing services. Conference bridges work just like extensions but require a pass code to enter. When used with desktop communication app you have the ability to view all conference bridges, conference call attendees, and expel unwanted callers. Even if you don’t want this feature you are still able to make 2-9 party conference calls from the VoIP desk phones depending on which model of handset you choose.

Call Parking
this is PBX speak for putting a call on hold. Unless you have shared line appearance or a sidecar. You will have to dial park # to pick up a call placed on hold unless it is transferred to your extension

Call Transfer
Route calls with ease whether from extension to extension or extension to PSTN. When using web portal desktop communications app simply drag and drop calls to transfer calls between employees.

Call Screening
Call screening allows you to talk to who you want, when you want. When you enable FindMe® on your extension, you can optionally use call screening to screen the calls that are forwarded to your mobile, home, or other phone numbers. Before the call is forwarded, the voice prompt will ask the caller to record their name, and that recording will be played to you before you accept the incoming call. Hosted VoIP takes call screening to the next level!

Voicemail & Voicemail-to-email
Different Carriers allow a different total hours of voicemail storage, as well as all the advanced features you would expect from a premium phone system. One-touch from your office phone. Dial in remotely from any phone. Voicemail to email via .wav files. Online access via the web control panel. The administrator can have copies of all employee’s voice mail messages forwarded to them so they can monitor what there employee’s are doing.

Unlimited Local & Long Distance Calling
Diffferant service providers charge different prices per seat based on the number of minutes the handset will be in used each month. Why pay for an unlimited seat for people who seldom make outgoing calls you can still get unlimited outbound calling for any handset that makes a lot of outbound calls each month any telephone number in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. If .don’t call outside the USA we can get you a lower cost seat that does not include Canada, Puerto Rico etc. why pay an extra fee each month for something you are not going to use

Unlimited International Calling
Get unlimited outbound calling to landline calls to most countries in western Europe just for the extensions that need it. Want a number from Europe so your clients can call you without incurring international toll charges no problem we have a number of carriers that offer this service. We can also find you a carrier that will give you unlimited calling to which ever country you call the most

Full Features A.C.D. (Automatic Call Distribution)
